Hi, I am Sam, I am a Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, and Qualified Nutritionist who loves sharing her passion for mindful movement and simple, healthy eating with people wanting to feel good in and about their body.

I have practised Yoga for many years, exploring a variety of different styles, and understand that each person’s body is unique, with its own strengths and limitations.

When planning my Pilates and Yoga classes I ensure that each person has the option to move in a way that allows them to build strength, flexibility and balance in the best way for them and their body. I encourage people to focus on how the movements feel in their body, rather than on how they look.

When you come to a class or workshop with me you’ll feel as that I have created the class just for what you needed that day and you’ll leave feeling energised and rebalanced.
